Relax and unwrinkle your forehead, loosen up the tensions of your face, shoulders, arms, and legs. Stay in peace with your own “Inner Self.” Forget any hassle: the street noise, toxic people, claims, willfulness, authoritarianism, aggression, disdain, screams, bad taste, and falsehood. Where you put your attention, you become that; you become whatever you place your attention in, so, if it is pleasant, you become that delightful.
