Cruising Cowboys

Millie and the crew on board Siren of the Seas have their hands full when a group of cowboys and cowgirls board their ship for an action-packed, fun-filled cruise. Andy Walker, the ship’s cruise director, is pulling out all the stops since one of the passengers, Colt Kenworth, has close ties to Majestic Cruise Lines’ CEO, Ted Danvers.

The cowboys are spending big bucks on lavish parties and special events including a bull riding competition. Andy has assigned Millie to oversee their events and the cruise starts out smoothly until one of the cowboys takes a hard fall after being thrown from a mechanical bull.

Brushing it off, the man refuses to be checked out at the medical center. Within hours he’s dead. Unfortunately, the deceased is the passenger with close ties to Ted Danvers and is also part of a powerful and wealthy family. Suspicions about why the man sustained deadly injuries soon swirl and Danvers dispatches staff from corporate to conduct an investigation of their own.

Rumor has it there could be a major shakeup among the officers and crew onboard Siren of the Seas if they are found negligent. For Millie, it’s a race against time to figure out if the cowboy recklessly put his life in danger or if something much more sinister is afoot.
