Dealing with challenges and changes takes energy, so a key in these processes has been to manage energy, not just time and money.
This book is full of tangible examples from corporate work life. All case studies have of course been anonymized. All examples are real, but the participants’ names have been changed. Also, the stories have been approved by the people they are based on.
