Moksha
Tietoa kirjasta
As its title suggests, the musical compilation, Moksha, is intended to help you attain release from the everyday. It consists of 15 original pieces from composer Alexandre Stanké, which are characteristically simple and honest. Whether ambient pulsing or gently melodic, they never claim the focus of the moment and always take a supporting role in helping you to be still and to draw your gaze inward. Perfect for the soft rise and fall of a one-hour yoga class as well as for unstructured meditation and relaxation. The music on this CD was specially written for Anna Jefferson's yoga class in Boston, Massachusetts in the fall of 2011.
