Paavo Rintala (1930–1999) oli suomalainen kirjailija. Hän kirjoitti näytelmiä, kuunnelmia ja kaunokirjallisia romaaneja. Uransa aikana hän sai kirjallisuuden valtionpalkinnon useina vuosina. Hänet palkittiin myös Runeberg-palkinnolla vuonna 1994.
