Hogs Head Stew follows the fortunes of Billy Nottage, an un-sporty eleven-year-old who longs to gain the admiration of the Year Six cool crowd. His opportunity comes when he finds three ghostly relatives living in the family attic, one of whom can help him become a bottle flipping legend. But the coaching soon turns into outright cheating. And when the Ghost Collector arrives, as keen to move the ghosts on to the next world as Billy is to retain his legendary status, Billy must choose between keeping his peers’ admiration and saving his ghostly relatives from the Collector.
