Playing with Math 4

PLAYING WITH MATH it’s an educational path of math created by Fausto Presutti. Its efficacy has been proved by hundreds teachers in primary and secondary school. The educational path is composed by 19 books with different didactic path of mathematic, full of game-exercise that allow children to develop psycho-cognitive abilities and mathematic knowledge.

Playing with Math 4 - THE ADDITIVE WORLD UP TO 20 is based on 36 game-exercise cards. The formative path of this book is structured with these conceptual areas: Pp. 4-10 Correspondence and numerical order from 0 to 19 Pp. 11-15 Line of numbers: addition and subtraction within 19 Pp. 16-24 operations of addition and subtraction between 0 and 19 with two addends and / or two subtrahends, based on the processes of complete / compare, merge / dis-join, de-compose, add-remove Pp. 25-34 Expressions with an operation from 0 to 19 based on decompositions, numerical chains, machines and tessellations having more addends or subtrahends Pp. 35-39 Operations of addition and subtraction between 0 and 19 based on a series of numerical chains.
