Efter 2. verdenskrig drog forfatteren Ole Juul sammen med tegneren Preben Zahle ud på en 40.000 km lang rejse gennem Europa og Afrika for at undersøge, hvordan verden så ud efter krigens rasen. Turen udmundede i bogen Inch-Allah, som er en rejsebog ud over det sædvanlige. <br><br>Ole Juul (1918-2009) var en dansk journalist og forfatter, der arbejdede som korrespondent i Norge, Finland og Tjekkoslovakiet under 2. verdenskrig. På grund af sit arbejde for modstandsbevægelsen måtte Juul i 1943 flygte til Sverige, hvor hans første bøger blev udsendt. Juul bevægede sig inden for mange forskellige genrer lige fra serien af drengebøger om Jesper til rejselitteratur og voksenromaner.
