Chief Of Police Mitch Turner is finally getting close to getting the evidence he needs to prosecute crime boss, Christopher Rossington. When Mitch's fiancee, Shelby, is attacked, he must consider the attack wasn't random, but Rossington's attempt to strike out at Mitch.
