Henning Ipsen (1930-1984) var en dansk forfatter, der skrev en lang række bøger blandt andet inden for genrerne roman, noveller, erindringer samt børne- og ungdomsbøger. Han debuterede som forfatter i 1956 med romanen "De tavse huse". I en årrække var Henning Ipsen bog- og tv-anmelder for Jyllands-Posten, og han har endvidere skrevet manuskript til tv-serien "Regnvejr og ingen penge."
