Book is informative without end. Really well written. The way Dr Gregor talks takes a bit getting used to, but I personally really enjoyed it (took me an hour).

Har gått ned 15 kg för 3 år sen, de har inte kommit tillbaks än Har inte ändrat träning eller nånting annat. Har endast ändrat mitt syn, på djupet. Mår så mycket bättre! Denna bok är den ända som jag läser andra gången nu, hoppas på att jag har missat nått föra gången :D.

At first I thought the narration was a bit too intense and I had a hard time focusing on what was actually said but after the intro it got better and I actually enjoyed it. Loved the book itself. Not looking to diet but it’s still interesting (:
