Loved this book! Excellently narrated. Both funny and poignant. Just completely escaped into Mia’s world. Didn’t want it to end!!!! My first Dawn read….. I will be reading more. 🙏🥰

I loved this book! You can really feel the sorrow of losing a loved pet and of feeling alone while being surrounded by other people. Such beautiful writing and comforting storytelling, easily one of the best books I read this year!

What a ride! This book broke my heart then pieced it back together. What a love letter to women and people who are perceived as odd! And what a slap in the face for our everyday passive prejudices. Loved it, couldn’t put it down.

I started this as something to have on in the background until I had time to look for my next book. I’m far from a cat person so the choice was out of character. But my how happy I am I did. It’s a beautiful story, beautifully written and beautifully read. It was charming, witty and honest. It made me appreciate life. All its ups and downs. All the relationships we experience. All the versions of ourselves existing in our lifetime. It shows how time is the greatest healer and perspective the key to happiness. I’m cuddling my fur babies a little tighter now, allowing myself to feel the full weight of their existence. I wasn’t prepared for the pain of being faced with the reality of how short their lives are and how much they mean to me. But I’m happy for it. I’ll be returning to this book when the time comes. When I need to be reminded of all the beauty, love and life that grows from chaos, pain and death. And that, no matter how long or short, all of lives chapters are beautiful and pe
