Eat Slay Love

Started of pretty good and interesting, but the last 3 to 4 hours were a total snoozefest. I really powered through because I was curious and hoped the pace would have gone up again. Last hour was okay. Half of it was enjoyable, other half was too much about 'being friends'. Boring. I give it 2.5 stars stars.

I’m so conflicted on how I feel about this. On one hand it was lighthearted and explored female friendship. But on the other it only explored female friendship through the lense of them all being associated through a man.

It was an ok book, but could have been so much more. It was lackning in substance, there was not much background to the characters, I didn't feel like I got to know any of them.

Weirdly light hearted considering the topic but also very uplifting and funny in parts. Highly recommend!
