The Dalai Lama’s teachings are wonderful and this book covers most of the basics for anyone new seeking new guidance on life. I would recommend much more extensive books on the subject of Buddhist teachings but if you want a starter from one of its most famous practitioners, this is ideal.Voor de road-trip
