Still "only" nomads. Not doing evolution right. This mind All of humanity hogging all streaming speakers available.
Playing all of your greatest hits you don't recognize after closer look acting, twitching. Obviously not caring about anything but streaming. Your favourite hits that always makes you feel bad, sad and confused.

- Insightful en enlightening. A lot of repition of the central concepts, put into several (slightly) different contexts, but therefore clear what the author means. This book definately helped me to be more more aware of myself and others, to be mindful and to teach me how to treat my mind as a tool rather than being used by the mind.
