Wilder Girls is a book that, although tame in terms of pace, has a hidden thrill with all it's disturbing discoveries. It's an interesting read however gory and it also focus a lot on the survival instinct to lean on other human beings.

The plot was good, but it felt a bit unfinished. I really liked the romance subplot. The characters were interesting and it was an interesting setting.

From what I had seen online I was expecting more body horror then what was actually in the book. Characters were interesting and it was an interesting setting. Overall it was alright.
