Men mycket är också glömt och förlorat, begravt av tidens gång och oåtkomligt för gemene man. "Historien om tre byar" skrevs av författaren Allan Sandström för att rädda något av det förflutna och låta framtiden ta del av de händelser som en gång var. <br><br>Oscar Allan Sandström (1933-2014) var en svensk författare och journalist. Allan började arbeta som journalist 1957 men hade alltid ett särskilt intresse för historia. Sedan sin debut har han skrivit ett flertal böcker inom olika historiska ämnesområden, och 2004 tilldelades han Lars Widdingpriset för historisk författarskap.
