I'm an avid fan of Lucy Foley, so I couldn't wait to get stuck into another one of her books. Whilst this was another thrilling locked-room mystery, I must admit the other 3 Books I've read by this author were far superior. These being 'The Paris Apartment', 'The Guest List' 'The Midnight Feast'. All in all though, this is still a damn fine read! 👍🏼

Lucy Fowley has got a template with her stories, someone has died at the start. You often don't find out who till your about 90% through. It does keep.me guessing and reading. Her character also are intresting often people with trauma and from a certain class. With this book I got confused for ages between Katie and Emma which was which as they were not that stand out of characters.
